The French fries were old and full of grease. This usually happens when the grease isn't hot enough. In this case,I think the fries were left over from lunch. The meat for the OG Philly was dry. For$21, the wings should be fresh and not have wrinkle skin and dry. I think the wings were also left over from lunch, and the kitchen brushed sauce on the wings to hide the fact they're old. The bread pudding was good. But they forgot to add the cream. We have ordered takeout from Refuge in the past. I have never been disappointed until today. It's clear the manager isn't doing a quality check. This food should have never left the kitchen.

Mediocre food at best and everything was soggy. Bottom of Quesabirria slimy, bottom of burger bun slimy, roll for cheesesteak soggy. The cheesesteak was bland and boring. Burger patty dry. Fries floppy and Hot Wings order was pretty stingy. 5 wings and they're ok but not great. Not ordering again.

Reuben was under-toasted, soggy and stone cold. Chocolate pot crème was tiny--so small it was served in a condiment cup. They really need to get back to the quality of the experience in thr San Carlos store.

The Pastrami Sandwhiches are good but far too expensive, and the French fries should be half the quantity and price for a single order.
