If I can order a chocolate shake from Cookout, eat my burger and my shake still be so cold and think it frosts the straw, I would expect that a Milkshake only plce would be able to also deliver a solid shake. The flavors are delicious, but they arrived like soup. Nothing solid at all. Disappointed for sure with the thickness. First off way over priced. It's just steak and shake. Two if you do order dont get the topped ones it's a huge mess. Shake was mid and cake was nasty.

Ghost kitchen. This is steak and shake. What is a $7 milkshake from steak and shake is the exact same $11 milkshake you get from the shake bar. Do not waste your money.

High price to pay for a shake that is mostly just vanilla ice cream. I got snickers and butterfnger and You couldn't even taste the add ins.
