Normally you're perfect with our orders, but not this time. The popcorn chicken we ordered was poorly made - with many pieces of chicken only half-battered. Not to mention this portion had about 20% less chicken than it normally gets - especially when we order in person. Not sure if our driver ate some of the food but yeah - definitely a let down.

I asked for them to be extra sweet. The Carmel tea was made as if I requested "unsweetened" and the Carmel flavor was nonexistent. The cream tea was made with less sugar than the regular. Completely misunderstood what I selected. Only reason I'm giving the cream tea a thumbs up is because I was at least able to drink it. The Carmel tea was a waste of money.

Not enough cream. It was basically like a dark coffee color. I ordered extra sweet yet it was very bitter. I meant to order from Kims teahouse. Kims would never.

I ordered four drinks for $50 and when they got here there were only three drinks. The drinks themselves were good but that is the only reason there are stars.
