Best DoorDash food we've had in a while and we order out a lot.

Everything was very good, arrived warm (even the fries). They substituted a GF roll for my son's burger and most of the food was plentiful.

The only slight complaint is 2 cheesesteak egg rolls cut in half for $12.95? I think it should be 3 minimum. 

Still very happy and will order again!

I got the Cheese Steak Egg Rolls which were okay. But for $12 for just two tiny egg rolls you're better off just making them yourself or going to a different restaurant. The French Onion Soup was par. Bread was too soggy. In my opinion there's far better places to get food from than this overpriced place.

West End Sliders were loaded with delicious, savory beef and cheese. They were a nice, generous portion and very satisfying! The horseradish sauce had a kick, but the au jus was a little too salty for me(and I like salt!)Pub Chicken Tenders & Fries were also very good-chicken was juicy and the breading was nice and crispy. The fries were also very good, great flavor! Everything arrived hot and fresh, and I will order from here again!

At the restaurant this place is a full five stars. On door dash not so much. The food is very good but I have now ordered the jacked up Jacked Up Pork Burrito on two different occasions and both times it has come without pork. I also ordered Onion Rings for $10.95 and got like 5 small Onion Rings. I now know to cut out the middle man of door dash and go to the restaurant to eat.

I LOVE ordering from The West End, unlike many other places they always go above and beyond preparing the food and accommodating special requests! They provide the type of customer service that makes you want to order from them again and again.

And did I mention their food is really good too!
