Quesabirra maybe the best I've had including in MX. The consommé was rich but the salsa was spicy and bright...with the red onion, cilantro, and lime wonderful bite.
Loved the Aguafresca Watermelon as well. Refreshing.

The Quesabirria is so good! Every single element on my order was delicious! The store was even nice enough to accommodate something I forgot on my order! Also, they really read the notes and didn't put onions in my order which honestly, is going to keep me coming back every single time. The Drinks are good too! I had the watermelon fresca! One of the best ive ever had.

I find myself dreaming about the next time I can get the Monterrey style fluffy quesadillas often. They are my favorite! And the Al pastor is ridiculously good. Really.. everything I've had here has been delicious.

I ordered the Fajita Skillet and Quesabirria both were superb!!! The meat was well seasoned and flavorful. This is my now number 1 spot for Mexican food.
