Kinda a bummer, my sandwich was burnt and had almost no sauce, donuts were stale, and the wrap my gf got had no sauce on it, just disappointed cuz usually it's good but it was not just one thing that was messed up (most places that's normal/expected) but it was all not done like usual so I just felt like I wasted money

I ordered a Large Roast Beef & Cheddar with extra sauce. What I received was burnt bread, very little sauce, and the bun was partly torn and not cut. Really disappointing, will not be ordering from this location again.

Every time I order the Chocolate Eclair Donuts I request for them to be put in their own individual boxes because the chocolate sticks to the bag they also just throw them into the bag so one is upside down and one is upright, so both chocolate glaze tops are getting stuck to the brown bag I've called that location of tim hortons personally multiple times to ask for their own boxes and they never listen but they are the only Tim hortons who have these donuts which are my wife's favourite. The Hot Chocolate and Steeped Tea extremely watery it looks like cream was put in water in both which's has happen quite a few times now. I get a XL Steeped Tea 4X4 normal sugar but they put sweetener in it 80% of the time and my wife gets either a larger or xl with 2/3 cream, a shot of vanilla and whip cream on top and since we been ordering they have not put the whip cream on, maybe a few times they have but even if it melts before it gets to our place you can tell if some was put on or not and it's usually not, and we have to pay $0.90 for it. I can't believe how disappointing ordering from this times has now become as it was never like this. If my wife didn't love the Chocolate Eclair Donuts I would never order from here again. I see how excited when here order comes as it's her treat from working a hard job to just be disappointed . It never used to be like this. It's only gone downhill.

My not so 20 pack of the driest Tim Bits in the store. Next time just say you are out of Tim Bits.
