they gave me a couple extra donuts! everything was warm (i got a hot coffee) when it got to me and tasted great.

Packaging was awful! The Hash Brown was just dropped inside the bottom of the bag, without any type of other packaging around it. Because of the poor packaging of that item, the Hash Brown was COLD as the weather outside right now and broken in half. The Bacon Bagel Breakfast Sandwich and Bacon Breakfast Sandwich were warm, however despite being dropped in the bag on top of the Hash Brown. The bag selected is clearly too small for those items and the employees at this location have no idea how to properly pack food. Both sandwichs were warm and tasted good. Original Blend Coffee fresh and hot. Delivery person saved this review from becoming a one star review, with a notation of zero stars.

Got a mocha "cold" brew and it wasnt cold at all. Completely warm and distasteful. Getting worse and worse

Hot Chocolate was watery and just didn't taste good like the machine wasn't filled so I just got chocolatey tasting water
