While it is now possible to get Black Cold Brew coffee, there is no option to have it without sugar. Also WAY TOO MANY chocolate timbits in the multi-pack lately....more than half the box; I HATE chocolate timbits.

The coffee was bitter today, and not for the first time. Tim Hortons uptown seems to be having problems with their coffee lately...it might be good or it might be awful, you never know from one time to another. Very disappointing.

I find the delivery bags difficult to get into without tearing the entire bag apart. The bags could be used for other purposes if they were easier to get into. It's frustrating.

What is going on with the uptown Tim Hortons! This is the 4th or 5th time I have gotten lousy coffee. I get cold brew coffee that is nothing but creamer and other coffees are bitter. I used to be a regular customer online and drivethru, but you have just lost this customer. Shame on you for such poor quality control!
