Apparently they had run out of Chicken Noodle Soup so they gave me HALF a container of barely warm chili - with no heads up that they were out and making the substitution. Good thing the Walnut Crunch was as delicious as I remembered them (maybe better?).

My sandwich had neither the upgrades that added to additional costs. Presentation horrible - cut incorrectly. Very disappointing

BLT Sandwich is always good, but somehow not consistent in remembering to add the muffin/donut I order Honey Cruller Donuts
I get that it gets busy, but before sealing that bag, make sure everything is in it!

I got everything from my order, except for my tea. I was given coffee instead and the size of the cup was wrong. I ordered an XL Steeped Tea but received a Large Coffee instead. I don't drink coffee because it makes me sick. So 4/5 stars for the mishap. Everything else was correct though, thank you.
