I assume if the cappuccino machine was working, i would of actually got what I paid for. however, staff needs to be educated on the proper procedures of telling the customers what is wrong and how to edit an order so that your not left payin for something you didnt get. timbits were fresh however. ad my daughters tea was pleasant.

They phoned me tell me they were out of an ingredient for my sandwich and offered me alternatives. I really appreciated that customer service. My sandwich was still tasty. Thank you

The beef was good but the chicken was AWFUL. Tough and cooked too long! Should take it off the menu!

Once again Tim Hortons has screwed up my order. B.E.L.T is supposed to Bacon or Sausage, Egg, Lettuce & Tomato. I got everything except for No lettuce and Tomato and I got no hush browns in the two breakfast double stacked boxes. I don't know if it's the carless attitude from the workers but this isn't the first time that this has happened not impressed at all.
