this wasn't like a regular wrap I buy from tims.cheese tasted like spolit and hash brown was not cooked properly.

I recently had a pretty disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. It was a worst service I called ahead to order some assorted Timbits, specifically mentioning that I didn't want any of the blue-flavored ones. When I got my order,they just send me 2 flavour but instead of letting me know and offering alternatives, they just gave me a box with only two flavors. There weren't even any of the birthday-themed Timbits I was hoping for. The service felt like a letdown, and it's frustrating when a simple order isn't handled well. If I was in a store I would never be accepting that .
