the large Caramel Cold Brew with Cold Foam came with what looked like white chunks floating in it. BUT I've experienced this before when making coffee with coconut milk at home, so it was probably just the coconut milk. taste is still a 10/10. and a HUGE cup. The bagel came still warm and was very tasty as well.

I've ordered this bagel belt a few times. It's always missing ingredients. This time I asked for extra bacon and extra tomato (because last time I ended up with no bacon and no tomato). I got the smallest egg they could crack and one tiny tomato slice and a pinch of lettuce? This was an $11 sandwich. Do better.

The large caramel iced coffee did not seem to have any milk or cream in it whatsoever. The caramel latte, that was a medium, was half full when received. Both did not even taste good. The latte tasted like old burnt coffee that was mostly milk. The iced latte just tasted like syrup.
