I often order from this Tims. They never miss tbh, I love that they get the mayo on my Farmer's Breakfast Wrap (I can't stand the spice in the chipotle sauce). Anyway, today I also ordered a 20 pack of Timbits® Multi-Pack. One thing about me is I LOVE birthday cake timbits. If they had them as a donut I would be so happy. When I get timbits there's usually a few birthday cake ones, but this time the box was ALL BIRTHDAY CAKE!!! I was soooo happy opening that box to see that. They don't allow special requests, or I would have been requesting it every time for this. But today, it happened without asking!! If I could give you all the stars in the sky I would!

French vanilla wasn't full... considering how much one cost you'd think the staff would know better than to send a half a large cup as if they filled it...

Everything else was good standard, only critique of mine would be that I had asked for my order to be dropped off at a preferred location which didn't happen, but usually does. That's not as important as quality and timing, which were excellent.

I was charged for chili in an online order, even though they were out of chili - TH told the driver they could not refund it at the store and that I would have to "call" somewhere to have it refunded.. Of course they could refund it at the restaurant. They simply refund it from the charge before it leaves the restaurant.
