Both drinks were the consistency of coffee, not the regular iced cappuccino ...also dark color, makes me think it was coffee. Not happy...

I have to pay .60 for REGULAR whip topping on a Mocha Latte?? Thats crazy. So now i have a mocha drink but was up charged because its supposed to be a Mocha Latte. Will not be ordering again. Will be better to just purchase it from McDonalds.

Instead of sausage on my sandwich it came with bacon. The second issue was the bacon was over cooked! I had to toss it.

They don't seal there drinks and they put your food in the bag loose. Chocolate Dip Donuts and bagels with butter just loose in the bag.
