Got all the items I ordered with no issues. All the donuts, muffins, and croissants were great. My favorites were the "toasted" donuts, cruller donuts, banana or carrot muffins, and chocolate croissants. Also, kudos for using whole grain ingredients in the banana muffins.

They always seem to get at least one thing wrong with every order. Usually it's the wrong muffin or something just outright missing, and if it happens through the Tim Horton's app, they always lay the blame at DoorDash's feet. This time it was the mocha Iced Capp - It was meant to have a shot of espresso and no whipped cream, but came with no espresso and a huge glob of whipped cream....Normally that wouldn't bother me much much, but Tim Horton's whipped cream tastes like some kind of chemical experiment. Will probably avoid this location from now on given how frequently this occurs.

iced coffee is always inconsistent and not enough milk- no where to ask for extra milky coffee so they get it right. Donuts are not the same quality.

They messed up my bagel again; I did not request for it to be toasted and it was toasted. They also burned it last time
