Today's order was perfect everything was there and made right, never have I been so impressed coffee was exactly right sandwich was delicious and looked as good as it tastes they need to do this more .

I love Timmy's favourite place for coffee and donuts but they have gotten sloppy the last few years. My chocolate topping was all runny and dripping off and sticking all over the cardboard box it was liquidity and kinda under cooked. Wasn't dry and fluffy how it should be. It was very very chewy/sticky gummy. Box wasn't taped for covid safety regulations either that's concerning since I don't know the driver personally. Could've done something to the food because I know it's happend to a lot of people.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they decided to butter my English muffin with so much better that's you could ring it out the English muffin was slacked in butter .
When have they ever used butter on them ? Maybe they need to be watched and trained better what else are they putting in customers food that shouldn't be maybe hold them accountable for the mass mistakes you allow them to make and it the mangers fault because clearly they can't do their job right either
