The Chipotle Steak wrap is pretty good for the price and I would order it again, but the Iced Matcha Latte was all wrong. I'm not sure if that particular one was just made incorrectly, but there was something remarkably unsatisfying about it. It tasted watered down and with a sprinkle of soap. I didn't want to order it again to see if the next one would be good

The description on the item says to put it in the special instructions, but it doesn't allow it. I called and asked for specific donuts for the Donut Multi-Pack, and they said they'd put them. They gave me random donuts I didn't ask for :( Everything else was fine. I'd order again, but wish they'd fix the options for instructions so people can get what they ask for.
