The Chicken Noodle Soup tasted like cardboard and sugar , my Vanilla Latte was the wrong size and my Craveables Roast Beef had two small pieces of meat . Waste of money

The two plain Bagels that I ordered were not well made. They were crookedly baked and appeared crooked. Additionally, the amount of butter was insufficient. I usually call someone at this location to request well baked and buttered Bagels, however, this time I did not do that, but simply chose the extra butter and toasted options when ordering on doordash. Unfortunately, this time the bagels didn't turn out quite well.
My hope is that in the future the people working there, specifically, those who are in charge of my order will demonstrate better care and attention when preparing the order.
I can understand that it's a high-paced and pressured environment, and mistakes can be made. However, despite this, please ensure that moving forward mistakes are fixed immediately when they happen, and that the quality of the care and preparation of the food is preserved.
Still, I appreciate those that took the time out of their day to prepare a meal that was relatively tasty.

Ordered and paid for items that have not been received, nor is it refunded. Not happy. This is not the first time either. I would like them to pay attention to the items ordered.
