I am a reglarge customer at Tim Hortons. this is the first tme I had it door dashed and it was messed up. my drink which was supposed to belarge Mocha Iced Capp with shot of espresso that I paid almost $10 for came to me as a smallish no espresso aND the bagel which ws supposed tobe toasted was not toasted at all. im sorry but this isvery disappointing

They cannot get an order right. I seldom order from them now as they will 4 out 5 times give me cream in my coffee without me ordering it, an item missing or something on their menu just not being available. This is the one at Hoover and 11 mile which has been awful for so long.

Bagel was all hard and cream cheese was all melted and barely even any on there. Ice cap tasted sour, the machine was definitely not cleaned recently and you can taste it. Why is there always something wrong whenever I buy from this place?
