The Christmas special was very interesting! Not super sweet as you may expect from pineapple but also not offensive as it's not in chunks. The dough is perfect as always!

Just back from Italy this week and had my first pizza craving. Mortadella and pistachio is a common flavour of pizza in Italy and I loveot but when i have Tipo00's it's even better. Malto malto bene.
