I ordered the Loaded Cheese Fries from Tops BBQ, and they were absolutely delicious! The fries were hot, crispy, and covered with plenty of melted cheese and flavorful BBQ. Every bite was fresh, satisfying, and full of flavor. The portion size was generous, and everything arrived just as expected

The TOPS Signature Sampler Plate is a good value, although a little on the small side. The shredded pork shoulder is tender, the brisket is buttery, the ribs are a lttle dry. The letdown was the bbq sauce. None was included in the meal, so everything was missing that kick of flavour.
The Banana Pudding is awesome. Best I've had in Memphis.

Rib slab was cooked nicely. Fall off the bone. A little dry and a little salty.
Beans were good.
Banana Pudding was excellent.
Portions are small, but priced accordingly. Great for a light meal.

I'm overall disappointed with my experience with this restaurant. I didn't receive my drink nor did I receive my Banana Pudding. The beans were not my cup of tea because they were a tad sweet, which is not something I'm fond of. The Brisket Plate was all fat and very very little meat. The mac and cheese was pretty good but it came cold so that disappointing. The food had great potential but I think that I was given a poor service.

It was ,"The 4th of July", So I ORDERED, "Not Cooked" My Bar-B-Que from TOP'S Bar-B-Q!!😀...I ordered Top's Sampler Plate ...A HEAVY HELPING of Beef Brisket, chopped Pork Shoulder and a cut of Pork Ribs(not much bigger than a 3-5 lbs slab size bone)... All Thick, Tasty And Tender!...All Well Seasoned & Drenched in Their Delish Bar-B-Que Sauce!!... Traditional Southern Sides of Barbequed Bean and Coleslaw with a Toasted Bun and a "Large Drink" of Iced Tea/Lemonade to wash it all down!!!...and because it was "The 4th", ate My loaded Fire-Braised Chicken Nachos and 1/2 of Iced tea/Lemonade, 1st & My Sampler Plate and the other 1/2 of Iced Tea/Lemonade, Later... ORDERING, saved Me doing 6-15 hours prep & cooking "The Meats & Sides"...for once I don't look sweaty and smell like smoke all day long on "The 4th"...I had a 🇺🇸"Very Happy 4th of July "🇺🇸... Thank You TOPS BAR-B-Q for My Independence!!!...
