I usually love ordering here but tonight was a complete mess. I ordered my usual the one thing they forgot is the name of the restaurant and that was my bbq sauce I paid for extra thing and I didn't get it. It was not fresh at all. I won't be ordering from here for a while. The tartare was horrible I wouldn't give it to my dog and the portion was not worth the price

There's barely any sauce on my JUMBO brisket and I was told that it automatically came sliced unless you reuwetd chopped. It's chopped and sliced is how I wanted and expected my sandwhich to be (sliced). The coleslaw is sour-smelling and has a strange tart taste, therfore I am not eating thw sandwich in fear of food posing from a mayo product. This was a waste of money, and we all know that neisket is expensive.

didn't receive one of my burgers & the BBQ nachos were very dry this time. Hardly enough toppings for all the chips. Which was extremely disappointing because the last we got bbq nachos, they were so dang good. But not this time, unfortunately
