The Matador is a very wet taco thats very spicy on its own. It's got a heavy portion of chopped chilies and pickled red onion. It appears to be a dressed up version of the Democrat.
Democrat is a basic no frills taco with shredded beef, avocado, and diced onion. It's not spicy but has atendency to have a very fatty aftertaste in your mouth.
Crossroads is very similar to democrat but it has jalapenos and cilantro.
Overall the tacos are great but much smaller than whats pictured.
Hilly Queso is a hearty serving of avocado and chorizo infused dip. I wish they would offer option to substitute chorizo for brisket or shredded beef.
The chips are plentiful compared to Chipotle. My reent order from Chipotle made me angry as the bag was quarter full and chips were burnt and rancid. Torchys chips are beyond better and actually give the proper large portion to outratio the queso.

They are so sloppy and careless at this location. The beef on my Ranch Hand taco was like leather chewing gum. No pico for the Migas (VE) The Small Street Corn (VE)was soggy and gross and the Small Queso & Chips (VE) was watery with no cheese crumbled in it.

$10 for Guacamole & Chips smaller than a 1/2 order of Street Corn - 1/2 ? What does the half order look like? A sauce cup?

The burrito was inedible, the chicken was chewy, fatty and brown, I literally had to spit it out. Incredibly low quality chicken. I ended up throwing it away. It's a shame because the flavor was good.
The tots just came as regular tots with the topping on the sides, and the topping was too thick to pour over the tots, so nothing like the pictures.
Not ordering again.

Awful tacos. So dry. Shrimp not grilled. Quesadilla is smallest thing ever. Just horrible tacos, would not recommend.
