I got the tonkotsu spicy ramen and it was very mediocre. The soup flavoring tastes off and the pork chashu was just sad. The flavor was bland and the fat was jello-like, not the good melt in your mouth kind. Especially for $31?? The egg was also a weird gelatin texture, and tasted too much like soy sauce. A better place is Marafuku ramen.

Great Tuna Poke Bowl. Lots of fresh fish. Spicy but not overpowering. Fresh avo, edamame, tofu. Rice at bottom like sushi rice as described.
Garlic Edamame had a sweet garlic taste. Better love garlic.
Spicy Chicken Bowl also good.
Portions generous except side of Seaweed Salad. Very small.
The only negative is the packing in the bag. Heat rises so having the Spicy Chicken Bowl below my Tuna Poke Bowl steamed it a bit.

Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen had one thin piece of meat, and the broth tasted like a gas station ramen bowl. Worst value for your money in Monterey, and thats saying something...

First time we had the Chicken Kaarage, it was great. This time, the chicken was tough & the pieces weren't evenly fried. The worst disappointment was the Tonkatsu Ramen. Have enjoyed this dish in the past, but not this time. The pork tasted old & the bamboo shoots weren't the freshest. We've eaten here in person & ordered via Door Dash since they opened. Unfortunately, quality here has gone way down.

My son and I ordered the Curry Ramen and the Tonkotsu Ramen. They were absolutely amazing! It was my son's first time having Ramen from a restaurant. He can't wait to have it again. He says the Tonkotsu Ramen was going to be his go to. Also shout out to Toribashi for not having anything peanut related because my son has severe peanut allergies
