tortas are always tasty. always respect my special requests. cheese delivered separate from my flaming hots, so no soggy cheetos. always great :D

I've ordered from here several times throughout the years and never had an issue. The Combo Torta De Ternera is usually my go to. The Sincronizada De Fajita De Res is also really good. The Aguas Frescas always taste fresh. They always complied with my special request to remove an ingredient, but today I didn't receive one of my drinks.
So why still give 5 stars? I messaged my dasher, and with the simple request of me calling the store, he was more than willing to pick it up. That doesn't happen often. When I called the store, after politely explaining my problem, the employee clarified with the employee responsible for my order, and acknowledged my drink was at the store. I let them know my dasher was already on his way back, and when the chat services were closed, he knocked to let me know my drink was delivered.
Was it late? Yea.
Would it have been nice to have no delays? Yea.
Are we human and sometimes make mistakes? Of course.
And all I had to do was sit at home and make a short phone call.
I still ended up with my entire order instead of lamenting my missing drink and being unsatisfied with some door dash credits.
Can't beat customer service like that.

The agua Fresca de sandia was so refreshing, not too sweet or too bland. The Mexican hot dog was tasty too !
