I bought a cake to celebrate a birthday, but they refused to write “Happy Birthday” on it because the employee who knew how to do the writing was not working. The cake also did not look like the sample photo — the sample cake had the letter “T” on it, but the cake I received did not.

I ordered a #3 and was given a #2. Despite going back and reconfirming my order and the cake i was given whether it was correct. The sales lady claimed that they changed the design to be prettier. The cake I received look exactly like a #2, which is a smaller cake. I needed the bigger one. Will not order from this branch again. First image: the cake i received. Second and third images are what is on the online ordering site. They need to either update the image or description on the online ordering platform.
