We stopped in Tram Cream Coffee for the first time. The atmosphere, music and customer service of the Barista were outstanding. We got the Creamy Hojicha Latte. The drink was good

I had different Tram's location and this place seems to be bitter. I had order the Egg Coffee and the Salted Cream Coffee. Not consistent to other Trams location. I gave this place a 3rd try yet still bitter. Normal sweetness level is like no sugar/less sugar. I wonder why.

The Egg Coffee is amazing. The Sweet and Sour Kumquat Sauce (Sốt Tắc Chua Ngọt) is so good. Tart and a little bit spicy. Wish it came in a larger size.

Ordered tiramisu cream latte less sweet but still tasted like regular sweet. The packaging was open so when it was delivered, it spilled inside of the bag. So messy. They could've done a better job knowing it has potential of spillage.

VIP is super tasty but as reviews suggest, there's more ice than I expected. The large actually has about as much liquid as a small or medium sized drink if you took out the ice
