Well I haven't had tropical in a while but the downsize in their smoothie cup definitely caught me off guard and I had like 2 whole small chunks of chicken on my quesadilla definitely won't be ordering from there again

I ordered the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap and asked for it to have "no chicken" AND substituted with the plant-based chicken substitute. In the wrap there was 2 little CHICKEN pieces. I don't know if they got confused or what but I paid the extra price for the substitute plant chicken.

Lettuce was old. Sandwich definitely could have been fresher for the money you spend DoorDashing it.
