The ACAI BOWL had some chia seeds when I had asked for none, but besides that everything was great quality. The ACAI BOWL had a great amount of toppings.

I have ordered the chia pudding several times and it's usually really really good and good portion size for the price but this time the bowl was barley half full and the fruit on top was over ripe and the pudding was kinda watery. It's usually really good just not this time.

I ordered a Ceaser chicken wrap and this acai bowl. The wrap tasted good but the lettuce were old and soggy. And the acai bowl, the fruit are way overripe, banana and blueberries are mushy.

I have ordered the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap multiple times and all have been consistent. This time, the wrap did not taste good at all. The rice added in it had a dominate taste, which was unpleasant. the wrap was more gooey , which was due to the abundance of other wet ingredients. There was no balance in its preparation. The Apple Kale slaw that came with it was also very messy with a lot of dressing in it. again, no balance of ingredients. It appears the order was rushed through , which is disappointing. I would prefer the food I paid for , be prepared alot more effiencitly.
The smoothies were made well , so props to the person making the drinks. The individual cooking the food needs a new role or for someone to circle back and re-train them because they clearly did not take notes.
