The Açaí Bowl with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango and granola. Fruit was very fresh. Soooo good!

No peppers & no onions requested AND highlighted by employee....but found on my very sparse quesadilla with very little chicken and 7 black beans. It appears as though it was made accidentally with onions & peppers and then those got taken off along with most of the other ingredients. :(

We order from this store at least once a week because we love it that much but tonight's order was wayyyyy off. The Chia Oatmeal Pudding bowl tastes like something has spoiled/soured in it. We think the cream in the oatmeal has spoliedbut not sure as the sour taste was in every bite. Regardless it is so nasty tasting. We also order two CHIA BANANA BOOST® and they are both so watery, not the yummy thick and smooth consistency that we normally get. Not sure if they are breaking in new employees or if they're just really off tonight but definitely not what we've come to expect from Tropical Smoothie.

The PB CHOCOLATE PB PROTEIN came 3/4 full. I feel jibbed. According to my door dasher, the store was being run by teenagers with no manager oversight, the environment was chaotic and disorganized.
