it came all burnt and I didn't even find a single piece of egg in it very unflattering and I love their smoothies but this was not it.

My smoothie was great! I tried the new teriyaki flatbread, and it was just ok. Not bad, but not great. There was an abundance of pineapple, and very little chicken. This was my first time ordering here though, so I'll definitely be trying other items on their menu.

constantly gets orders wrong and does not help when the food is incorrect.can contact Tropical Smoothie customer service but they're barely any help. Clearly its a management problem at this store.MIXED BERRY GREEK YOGURT

The lettuce is old and brown, the bowl was 3/4 full and there were 3 little pieces of chicken. Also there was no silverware provided.

The lady preparing the smoothies constantly had a bad attitude and responded to customers in a rude and mocking tone. It took them 30 minutes to deliver my order after the app had already confirmed that it was supposed to be ready.
