The DETOX ISLAND GREEN® is my go-to as it has the lowest calories and I always add one of the protein packs, the pea protein has a higher gram of protein so I usually choose that one. I also love the AVOCOLADA™ smoothie too. I break it up into 2 or 3 servings over ice and sip on them for an hour or two. This is a great way to get in nutrients and protein if your appetite is suppressed.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe so much! The quality of the products is always top notch and I always find myself craving more! The prices for the portions are practically a steal and like I said the quality is just unmatched. My personal favorite is the VERY BERRY CRANBERRY™ and my mom loved trying the PARADISE POINT™!

HOW FAR YOU'LL MANGO SMOOTHIE is my #1 go to smoothie ever some of the best smoothies I ever tasted. I can drink this all day its so satisfying and delicious! Highly recommend to try.

The sandwich was meaty and nicely sliced tomatoes. Good flavor.
The smoothies were thick and flavorful.
