My husband always gets the Ancient Grains Bowl, V with chicken. My kids like the Kids Mozzarella & Organic Tomato Pizza, VEG and burger. I tried the Turkey Burger and loved it. I also like the apple/date salad, burger, and teriyaki bowl. Desserts are just okay. Alcohol drinks are good at restaurant. Seasonal items are usually pretty good but there can be a miss once in awhile. Overall this place is a favorite for us.

Got a kids chicken teriyaki with NO chicken. My child was not happy. We have been to location in Vegas which is why we tried here. But the portions are half the size and price is the same. Would not order from here again.

The Sustainable Arctic Salmon* was overcooked and tasted extremely fishy — definitely not fresh. The hummus was way too spicy, and True Food keeps adding unnecessary ingredients to the Mediterranean Hummus. It’s really not worth the price. A simple hummus doesn’t need pistachio sauce or cilantro. I would never order it again. True Food’s quality has gone down so much for what they charge. Really disappointing, because it used to be my favorite restaurant.

Food tastes good but they have started to give almost nothing when you add meat to a salad, which makes it incredibly over priced

Its was meh. Not worth the price in my opinion. The Cheesy Mashed Potatoes, VEG GF were over salted. The Grass-Fed Meatloaf was okay. I wouldn't order again. Seasonal Squash Pie, V GF was very grey and not nice and the Roasted Brussels Sprouts, V GF were the worst of all. Undercooked and rubbery even the mushrooms in the dish had a bad texture. I might try to air fry them tomorrow as is.... skip it.
