I'm not one to normally leave a review. I'm quite picky when it comes catfish and especially so when it comes to BBQ, as I used to smoke meat professionally. I've had a ton of pulled pork in my day, and I can say that the Pulled Pork Special (2 Sandwiches) I just received is the best I've had in Cape.
Secondly, the Catfish Plate (1 Side) and Catfish Sandwich we just tried is exceptional. It reminds me a lot of the old Babe's Fish Wagon from years ago, flavor wise. My wife also really enjoyed the baked beans.
Don't hesitate to order from here. I will definitely be back.

This place lives up to its name, True Que.
The smoke flavor along with the tenderness of the meat is fantastic.
The Pork Steaks and the Bratwurst (2 Sandwiches) were delicious. The Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Macaroni & Cheese tasted like homemade.

I ordered the catfish pate with Mac and cheese and baked beans. They did NOT disappoint! The catfish has such a wonderful flavor! Piping hot and delicious! Mac and cheese is creamy and yummy. And the baked beans are on point! 10/10!!!

I really enjoyed Pork Steak . the smoked chicken sandwitch was ok, but meat was so thin I couldn't taste. It wasn't so much shredded as ground and very little. Pic to follow. I have had ribs before and they were great.
