Chirashi is amazing flavors and freshness are delicate and complex! I have been eating several chirashi bowls from alot of restaurants trying to find a good one at $20-$30. They just don't exist, for the extra price its just way more than worth it. I'd rather have one chirashi here and starve the next day then have two at half the price.

Yummy Sake Sashimi -- pleasantly thin slices with good freshness, not at all "fish-y" flavor, just salmony goodness. Enough slices that it was a solid portion for a meal. Finally a good salmon fix... the shrimp tempura roll was good, fresh and light sauces, not too heavy at all. The California roll was a bit too creamy for me though. All in all pretty filling and nice.

The sushi is not fresh when delivered. So disappointing they don have the same standards for their delivery. It is so diff than their eat in sushi. The sushi was not fresh and not the same Sashimi selection. No spy saice was included and a smidgeon of ginger. Not accep for such skyhigh rates.
