We recently changed our name from "Wasabi Sushi PDX (Madison St)" to "Twin Sushi PDX (Madison St)
This is my favorite place ever. Always so good! Really great prices.

Excellent sushi.
Teriyaki Bowl was extremely dry - smelled well seasoned, tasted pretty bland, rice was overcooked, don't recommend.
DELIVERY customers be warned, hot and cold items are bagged together. Do not order hot AND cold items, decide on one or the other. The Inari Special Roll specifically is INCREDIBLE, but I'd recommend not getting it delivered, as it's hot yet has raw fish on 2/4 of the items included. When I ate it, the fish was room temp. I risked it anyway, didn't get sick or anything, but the risk is there so be warned!

Really disappointed in the quality and value of both rolls. The *Las Vegas Roll looked good, but then I noticed that each roll slice only had one little cube of salmon. It was mostly rice and cucumber and I expected more fish for the $16 price tag. Regarding the *Red Dragon Roll, the shrimp tempura was standard if not in the smaller side, but the thin slice of tuna on top was barely noticeable. the whole roll was tiny. picture with a an edamame for comparison. Best part of the meal was the *Yellowtail nigiri. Standard size, seasoned rice, and fish tasted clean.
Overall, the rolls were a total miss on quality, taste, and definitely terrible value. Nigiri was okay.

Unfortunately the rice was undercooked (had a bite to it, it was weird) and the fish was overly thin, just not great. Other places like sushi hana, Sapporo, and ohana are much better I think. Sorry 💔.
We also took nice photos of the sashimi to get the $3 credit for each, and got no credit or response, which is a bit annoying (they should remove the promotion if they don't honor it).

Honestly the lowest quality sushi I've ever tasted, supermarket sushi included; the California Roll was chewy seaweed, overripe avocado, tasteless gummy rice and a crab salad so bland it gets forgotten behind everything else.TheIkura nigiri 's roe was so bad it's given me a new appreciation for how low quality salmon roe can be combined with that same chewy seaweed and gummy rice. the small containers were so tighly packed that wasabi got on the sushi; not a problem for me but I did also notice the low quality of the wasabi and felt it was worth mentioning for people who do not like wasabi. This is also more expensive than "cheap" sushi I've tasted from other places like Akira, a place like this could only survive in Portland; I'm only giving it 2 stars because it was at least properly made, it's really the extremely low quality of the ingredients and delivery packaging that ruined the experience.
