The Tonkotsu Udon Deluxe along with the Agedashi Tofu made do a tasty treat for dinner tonight. The food came with instructions on warming up everything. It's something that's always been consistent every time.

I've ordered from a lot of different ramen places and wanted to try this one out. This place is the least amount of broth I've ever gotten. The container was under half way full and I was kinda upset since the broth is my favorite part. I thought ok maybe for the little broth I get the flavor would make up for it and be amazing. The flavor is alright once you add everything together but tastes the same as some other places I've tried that were ok. It didn't even fill or cover all my noodles and toppings. Either way ok flavor, I like the fish in it but needs more broth if it's going to be $20 a bowl. Not worth it at that point.

The shrimp tempura Bento had such great value! I ended up eating it for two meals!! they packaged everything super well

Soup was poorly packaged, should use a better sealed container. It fell over in the bag and leaked all over everything. Could have also separated the tempura from the rest of the ingredients since it ended up very mushy. This doesn't seem like a good dish to order takeout for.

The tonkatsu ramen was excellent. The broth was flavorful and complex. The char siu was firm yet tender with a thin strip of fat down the middle for extra flavor. The spinach provided a nice contrast to the other ingredients. The whole egg was cooked perfectly. The shrimp tempura was delicious, crispy with umami.
