Best Burnt Basque Cheesecake I've had. However, DoorDash add on $6 to the price of this when it's $24 in store and not $30. With the added fees etc on top...extortion. Will be using their website in future as they deliver at a fraction of the cost!

More bread-like than expected, but I've never had Japanese-style cheesecake before, so that's a factor. It was very light and refreshing, with a subtle Ube flavor. Wish the Ube was a little more intense, but will buy it again!

best cheesecake! I've had this in SF multiple times and so happy to see them in Austin. it's hard to stop eating once up start. Super light and satisfying without being overly sweet
