I got the Ube Cheesecake, the Ube Cheese Tart and the Pandan Cheesecake. I've always wanted to try a Japanese cheesecake and now I'm having a hard time to describe it. It's light and airy yet dense at the same time, and really flavorful! 10/10

I love any food Japanese fluffy cheesecake and this is a good one. I love UBE and was thrilled to have it on the menu. The Pandan turned out to be my favorite out of the three I order. Would go back if visiting CA again
