Highly recommend getting the shrimp chow mein and honey walnut prawns. They're both cooked perfectly and fresh. This is definitely a go to spot for Chinese food in Hayward. I don't recommend the fried rice dishes though. Kinda dry. If this place had beef chow fun, it would be even better.

Uncle Yu never disappointed my family❤️my daughter loves his 102.BBQ Pork Chow Mein and we love the szechuan 23.Szechuan Chicken. the string beans are my favorite 😄91.String Bean Special Spice. portions are exceptional for our family of 5. 10/10

#115. Singapore Rice Noodle in Curry Sauce 星洲炒米粉 and #13. Hot & Sour Soup 酸辣汤 were very good, but Uncle Yu never disappoints. This is now my go-to Chinese spot. Portions are so big, usually can split into two meals or share between friends. BBQ pork fried rice as super spicy is amazing!

Huge portions! Very tasty! Really liked the #71. Mongolian Beef 蒙古牛肉, the BBQ #102. BBQ Pork Chow Mein 叉烧炒面! The #96. Vegetable Fried Rice 素菜炒饭 was really yummy and light and the #45. Walnut Prawns 核桃虾仁 were huge and not too sweet.
