The Grilled Kalbi was flavored really well and came with a lot of meat! It had some chewy pieces but overall delicious. It came with BOMB mac salad.

generous portion of sweet and savory crispy chicken over rice. the mixed greens with sweet goma dressing and mac salad were the perfect sides to this meal. their mac salad is peppery, zesty and light which is different and addictive. highly recommend this plate and restaurant.

Portions not as big as said in the reviews. They cut one short rib into three pieces, it taste good, but did not like that. The macaroni salad has way too much pepper. I would not order this again for as much as it costs.

Mochiko Chicken was delicious! I really liked that the mac salad had a lot of black pepper. It kept it from feeling too heavy! Generous portion that would easily be a meal and a half for me.
The Furikake Fries were also delicious, just a small complaint that the portion seemed a bit small for the price, especially when comparing it to the plate lunch portion.

The Grilled Kalbi (Angus) was great. Their rice under the meat was sprinkled with seaweed seasonings and was so good. I've never seen that before. Great portions and freshness. Always enjoy Hawaiian Sun drinks! Definitely ordering again😍
