SKINNY GUACAMOLE :: was fabulous. Suggesting to leave salt & Tajin as a side as veg gets somewhat soggy on delivery. CHIPS, SALSA, & GUAC :: chips were fabulous, as was fresh guacamole. Just excellent and portions were plentiful. Definitely a smart order.

chorizo taco was crazy salty and the texture was awful. carne asada burrito had hardly any meat on it. I used to love this spot but for these prices and how awful this last order was I think I'm done with this restaurant. $17 for a carne asada burrito? whack.

GINGER ALE :: is from the bar, so comes on tap with ice. Great! ELOTE :: came hot and is "lick the packaging" awesome. NICK'S WAY CARNITAS :: came cold, but carnitas was tasty and ample. Good guac. STREET STYLE TACOS :: were very good. Chorizo was the favorite taco. No need to order extra salsa. Plenty comes with.

There are a few things that they do really well like carne asada, carnitas, and tortilla soup. But other things are disappointing or uneven. When their al pastor is good it's awesome. But when it's not, it's tough, greasy, bland, and disapointing. Also it seems wrong that if you order one order of tacos you get one small bag of chips and 2 small salsas, and if you order 4 orders of tacos, you still only get one small bag of chips ad 2 small salsas. Other options in the neighborhood offer better value and consistency .

the tacos were stone cold. I only got skinny, small wings, no drumetts. the blue cheese was runny, with no chunks of blue cheese at all
