Surprised by how good this dish tasted! The cilantro rice was super tasty, great portion of not dry chicken, and roasted Brussels sprouts perfectly cooked. Will definitely be ordering from Vale again!

The Vale Essentials Chicken Bowl was fresh and well seasoned. I enjoyed it and would definitely order it again. I was surprised to see that the Almond Butter Protein Brownie Bites; Vegan,GF was the size that it was for what it was priced at, but it was really good.

Bowl was very good and bigger than I thought. The burrito was also very good but a bit smaller than I imagined. Overall, the chicken was very good and well seasoned as well as the chipotle Mac & Cheese which kept well even after reheating. Very good food and easy on the stomach. Would definitely recommend!

Fresh, healthy food at a great price. Super delicious, and the staff answers quickly and helps you out if there are any mistakes on your order when you call them. I would definitely order again, especially considering they also give good portions of every part of your order. Also great that they offer deals here on DoorDash. The regular and essential bowls along with the shakes are my favorite.

Delicious! I was able to have protein, vegetables and carbs of my choice, fresh and healthy. The food was well prepared and well placed in the bowl. only disappointment is that the sprouts and some of the broccoli were too burnt
