Very first time i've ordered food and did not feel guilty about it after!! the BYO essential bowl tasted really good, my 2 main items were the clear noodles and the chipotle mac n cheese, I also added the other sauce and other ingredients- all for $12. For only $12 the BYO essential bowl can feed 3 of me.

the Vale Essential Teriyaki Chicken was amazingly so flavorful the portion size is amazing the food was hot and fresh the sauce on the side was also amazing same thing for the Vale Essential Lemon Chicken everything was amazing 10/10 definitely would order again

The pitaya/dragonfruit was very gooey/sticky.. not like other places I order this from. The granola was just okay. It is expensive for the size and not enough fruit or toppings. I usually order from Tropibowls, and theirs is better all around, honestly.

Make sure you have your own dressing!! Paid for extra and for it to be on the side. Received a spoon 1/2 full for each bowl. Called to complain and she argued that the amount was enough. I said I will go somewh that dressing is not gold!!! I paid $1 extra for each so not sure what was the paid portion. Food had flavor but not anything unique to comeback and order.

The food is very tasty and comforting.
My only disappointment in my most recent experience ordering, is that the Family Pack portion was not properly advertised.
I ordered it for my family of 4, expecting a nice big tray and hopefully have left overs ...
when we got the pack it look like it would accommodate a family of 2.
So that everyone may have some, we each had a smaller portion than anticipated.
I was even more disappointed because It was very tasty and I had been very hungry and looking forward to a nice full bowl.
I don't know if that was standard portion or if the store was being negligent with my order
Spent $95 after deliver fee expecting a nice big tray of the quinoa, buffalo cauliflower, ancho chicken etc, hoping there would even be left overs.
I regret not taking a picture upon opening the tray
My suggestion is to advertise the portion size properly.
For the price I paid? And I was still not able to Satisfy a family of 4?....
