Food always tastes great and pretty fresh. Food is always as described. Spicy Shrimp Roll comes with ginger, wasabi, a little lemon wedge, and soy sauce. Salmon Spring Roll comes with a sauce, but restaurant is kind enough to let me substitute to a different one. Van's Sushi Burrito comes with spicy mayo on the side.

Van's Sushi is amazing, everything is fresh, tasty, and appealing to look at. I ordered the Ocean Party Tray for my husband's pre-birthday lunch. He loved it! They are my go-to when I get a craving for fresh seafood!

really enjoyed the Van's Sushi Burrito. it was pretty nuts, even for a sushi burrito, but all the flavors in there were perfect. if anything, it just needed a touch more side sauce, I ran out most of the way through :p the sushi burrito was actually the perfect portion size as well. id like to return to this place

The rolls I ordered were decent but incredibly over -saturated in sauce. California roll was good and there were no complaints. the dragon roll was drenched in sauce, as was the hot fancy roll. There was a good rice to fish ratio and a great amount of rolls for the price. I would order from here again and ask for all sauces on the side.

The rice ratio was very good. Most places use too much rice and give you tiny bits of fish. The opposite is true here! Fish was pretty fresh too!
