The salad was a bit of rocket at the bottom of the container with 1 cherry tomato cut into thirds. No Parmesan cheese at all. I usually love Vapianos but this was obviously a rushed order or they ran out of ingredients.

Insalata Caesar - $20 for some lettuce and a couple croutons is just sad. do better vapianos
Pomodoro - didn't even have an option for the spaghetti pasta which is literally what the photo has. just sad

Sooo disappointing! Both main dishes were half empty.
Beefcheek Ragu had about a teaspoon of actual shredded meat, rest was pasta and tomato paste flavour. Worst Crema di Funghi Risotto ever, oily taste, no flavour except the sun dried tomato I ordered as an extra. Probs $5 worth of ingredients, $70 later!

I couldn't give anything but a good 3 star as my Crema di Funghi Risotto wasn't mush.
I haven't even ordered risotto for over 15 yrs cause of the mushy failures I get.
Flavour was ok . I suggest using more garlic as the main flavour was onion and spring onion( doesn't really belong)
Risotto cooked nicely.. mushrooms aren't scarce but theres only button.
For the price I would have liked to see a sprinkle of dif fungas😂 even just for presentation.
Bit more parsley was needed too
I'm defs going to try other stuff and order again.
