Delicious and nutritious! Vessel Kitchen always delivers. The chicken breast is my go to. It's very fresh and savory. The pita strips are to die for and I always get them with the hummus. Can't go wrong. I typically pair with the potato hash or quinoa rice but just tried the garlic cauliflower and it works. Try it out!

The MISO SESAME STEELHEAD TROUT (S, SE) is one of my favorite dishes in town. The THAI LEMONGRASS SHRIMP was a shameless ripoff. 6 tiny shrimp for $10. Don't waste your time with that.

The steelhead never disappoints, and we live for the cashew broccoli! Even my 2 yo loves the broccoli, and the junior plate is a perfect way to get great-tasting, healthy foods for the littles, and they can have a choice of a great variety.
As a gluten and dairy-free family it's so nice to have a place where we can get reliably fast, nutrient dense foods and a reasonable cost.

I have tried several of their dishes, and love them all! Their chicken dish and Naan tacos are packed with unique flavors that compliment one another, and the ingredients are so fresh! I am not from the area, but have been enjoying their food all week! Definitely on the top of my favorite restaurants!

This is my favorite place to eat in SLC! What's not to love?! One thing I truly enjoy is their chicken breast bc it's never dry and is very well seasoned. However, my favorite thing to get is their braised beef plate with sweet potatoes and rice+quinoa. *chef's kiss*
