I got the pho nom and egg rolls. The pho broth was good; it had a nice beef and lemongrass flavor. There was a good amount of meat and veggies, and the short rib on the bone was nice and tender. The egg rolls were crunchy and delicious.

The portion of the Pho short rib was huge! Definitely bigger than the size of my face. I loved how juicy the limes were. The herbs were not the freshest, but some of the leaves were still green and nice. The broth is deeply umami and nicely spiced.

I'm genuinely impressed by the portion of the pho nam. The meat portion is generous and the broth was really hot when it arrived. The flavor is yummy and filling! I ordered around noon for lunch.

Bun thit nuong had 3 sad pieces of meat. Definitely not worth $20.

The Vietnamese coffee here seems really inconsistent here. There are times I've ordered and it's the right sweetness and tastes fresh, then there's moments like today where I can already tell this coffee isn't going to taste right by simply looking at it because it's dark and not as light as the previous orders I've gotten. Now that I've tasted it I can tell that lot of condensed milk was added in because it's still bitter.
