Really bad service, but okay food. The milk tea here is awful. The front of house is extremely rude, and forgot to put my drink into the order. Also messed it up since I asked for tapioca pearls and they didn't put them in. We paid $7 for a watery milk tea without tapioca pearls. Your money is much better spent elsewhere at Phonomenal in One Loudoun, or Pho Factory in the Ashburn Village Center Shopping Plaza. You'll find better food AND better service there.

The meat was uncooked so when it was time to put the soup it didn't taste well. I understand that in house it's uncooked but to go it should at least be in the broth cooked all ready. Arrived cold so I had to heat up in microwave. Also the broth of the soup was not an actual pho flavor is more like veggie ginger taste.

Love all the food we've tried, and love how everything is packaged to make sure it tastes great if you're doing takeout or delivery. The vermicelli bowls are especially yummy when you mix everything together right when you're ready to have it!
