We initially got the wrong order. Understanding they were very busy, our driver went back and got the correct order in very little time. Items are always delicious, and the grain bowl is fresh and delicious. The Evelyn sandwich is huge and satisfying. The desserts, well, they're a bakery, aren't they? They do them well.

I've been to different cafes and bakeries across the entire country and no one can come close to the bread at Village Bakery. They make the best sandwiches, in particular my kids love the BYO Egg Sandwich which as toddlers is saying something. You literally can't go wrong no matter what you order here.

The farm table salad is a joke. Add chicken and it's grossly expensive for the lackluster salad you receive. The half size is tiny and if you include tax and tip it's $15 with added chicken. My order was late also. Won't be ordering here again. $20 for a tiny salad and a coffee that was barely warm by the time it arrived.

My lunch was amazing today! The Soup Roasted Tomato was brilliant with my Basil Chicken Salad Sandwich* . The combination was terrific. The soup tasted just like I imagined it would, and the chicken salad is always a win with me. To top it off, the Bar Cookies & Cream Brownie was super chocolatey and sweet. Loved this lunch!

I ordered a BALT because I wanted a sandwich with avocado and there is no other way to add avocado to any other sandwich. I removed the bacon and added chicken. Because of this, I had to pay $5 extra compared to the BYO Sandwich. I was okay with it because I wanted avocado very badly. However, they forgot the avocado and the sandwich was somehow both dry and soggy. I'm so disappointed.
